Misc. Comments

This was probably published in "Musica … ove si contengono 2 fantasie … canzoni alla franzese, pavana co’l saltarello, madrigali, et in proverbio, a 4 (1597)", as it seems to be the collection with most of Cavaccio's canzoni. There is one other collection that seems to contains one canzona only -- "Sudori musicali (4 toccatas, ricercares, a 3, 4, canzona a 4–8), org (1626)" (Source, Patricia Ann Myers, Grove Music). On the basis of that, this is tagged for 4 instruments for now, but can be re-tagged if the original instrumentation can be confirmed.
