Possibly this composer is François de Brunet; see geneanet.org.
BnF lists the "symphonie" instrumentations as just "1 inst. et b. c.". In both cases, that instrument is in the G2 clef. Probably for violin, Le Destin de Narcisse goes below flute or oboe range (G♯ below middle C). La Puissance de Bacchus only goes down to the D above middle C, which puts it also in flute or oboe range.
