This doesn't seem to be among the 10 Meyer polkas listed in HMB. The date should be in the 1870s

LoC lists this twice: a 2-piano arrangement published 1872 by Lee & Walker, and a reprint of the solo original also published by Lee & Walker published by Ditson, in 1877 (but with a plate number that belongs not to Ditson but to Lee & Walker, clearly, from after when they bought Lee & Walker out.) There's no question about the date of reprint, 1877, which is on the first page of score, and no need to look it up in HMB in consequence- they only list items published in Europe and Russia in any case, and not all of those. - Schissel
