Antonin Jiranek- Bassoon Concerto no 4 in C major.(Unfinished,) 1 Allegro 2 Adagio Robert Rønnes Barouque bassoon, BRE ensemble,Stavanger. (Baroque instruments) Concert recording from Bethel Stavanger Norway. This Bassoon concerto is restored and premiered by R.Ronnes. It exist only 1st movement and the half of the 2nd movement of this concerto. The rest was destroyed during the 2 world war. I have completed the 2 movement my self. ..... About the composer: Jiránek Antonín (Anton Giranek, * 1712, † 16 January 1761 in Dresden) was a Bohemian musician and composer. Jiránek was educated in Prague. He was a member of the royal chapel in Warsaw and later the Polish court orchestra in Dresden. He composed symphonies, concertos, trio sonatas and vocal music. He wrote 4 Bassoon concerti, the 4th is incomplete, and the last part of last movement in 2nd Bassoon concerto is missing.
