||Barcarolle for the Cabinet Organ
||1 (Allegretto - [Trio])
||1883 – Toledo, Ohio: W.W. Whitney (Plate 609-4)
||Cabinet (reed) organ (no pedal)
Also presumably playable on piano.
From pagination, and from cover page of Library of Congress scan which lists 42 "Variations for the Cabinet Organ" of which the Barcarolle is no.5, the Barcarolle may have been published not separately but inside a book called "42 Variations for the Cabinet Organ" - this seems at least possible. The "variations" are (one guesses?) separate pieces and only variations in an obsolete and loose sense that might now just mean "pieces". The plate no. suffix, however, is -4.
