• Grove Music's entry for Porpora's Artaserse is under the heading "Pasticcios" and is "Artaserse (F. Silvani), RD, carn. 1721, arias, F-Pc, arr. Porpora, based on Lotti’s Il tradimento traditor di se stesso".
• Given that the date for the Grove entry is 1721 and the date for Ariosti's London Artaserse is 1724, it does not seem that they contributed to the same pastiche, but any of the arias in the pastiche could have come from pre-existing full operas.
• According to this Wikipedia article, there was a famous 1734 pastiche, to which Porpora contributed arias, in addition to Johann Adolf Hasse, Attilio Ariosti, and Riccardo Broschi. See Artaserse (Broschi, Riccardo), Artaserse (Ariosti, Attilio), and Artaserse (Hasse, Johann Adolph) -- though Hasse's is a full opera, so perhaps only a few arias from his 1730 original were used in the pastiche.
• For the moment, this is on its own page, but may at some point be moved to an "Artaserse (Various)" if a more-or-less full set of composers can be identified.
