This is no doubt from a larger work of Guerini's (if it is in fact by him at all) - the tagging for cello and piano is tentative, Guerini's instrumental works are apparently mostly for violin duet and for violin and piano , and seem to be multi-movement- it does not seem to belong to any of the works we have ? nor any of those listed by RISM.
Published as solos, not "sonatas". Published as Six solos for a violoncello with a thorough bass for the harpsichord, Opus IX, in London ca. 1765.
