Misc. Notes Suite was published in 1940. Not sure why "1919" is given as copyright date (it's the composition date but that is hardly the same thing). Kalmus date estimated from other libraries; A 6380 from Kalmus online catalog.

Navigation etc.

Nielsen's orchestral music listed under opus number 34 originated as incidental music for the 1919 Copenhagen Royal Theatre production Aladdin, from which he extracted an orchestral suite of seven movements, published in 1940. An arrangement of the Oriental Festival March for piano by Nielsen himself was published separately in 1926, of which a copy exists in the British Museum.
