Based on the Dutch patriotic song Laat ons juichen by Christian Ernst Graf

Not entirely sure why this is also found in the Anhang yet given a very definite (January 9 1766?) date. A similar ... quiddity?... seems to come up with "probably spurious" works of Bach - in that latter case "probably composed by someone else who lived sometime around 1750-1780" and at the same time dated to "around 1710", which makes somehow-- hrm-- lots of sense.
