No Cello/Bass Parts (it is possible that, with an Italian work of this style and time period, the Cellos, Basses, and Bassoons simply double the Violas at an octave below)
The description of the manuscript copies at the San Franscisco State Library mention cello obligato parts in these symphonies. Whatever was the usual Italian tradition, I'm inclined to think the answer for these works is no.
