Misc. Comments
The first three works are in B minor (trio to the Gavotte in the parallel major), the scherzo in C♯ minor. - Schissel (P. Sear claims that Seeboeck was a student of Brahms. There's not many Chaconnes in the LoC scan archive; the second movement of this suite is one of maybe three that I notice offhand... 1884 seems an apt year for a chaconne to appear, when Brahms was starting his last symphony, too, even if the actual influence on Brahms was, after Bach, most likely Rheinberger (organ sonata no.8).)
Published in one volume according to WorldCat. Also sold separately (as it seems in the LoC scans, which have individual prices and page numberings.)
