This is a volume containing a preface and works by several composers. The Kirnberger (which should be separated out) is on pp.10–15.
The preface, by Feder, is dated Köln, im April 1963. So at least the preface was published in 1963, and furthermore needs to be removed, I should think, whatever rulings are on work-for-hire? There is a clearly viewable copyright mark at the bottom left of the 1st page with "1963" half-cut off by the scanner. So 1963.

(No EngK number seems to have been attached to this work.)
