G.15 is untitled in Gerson's score. The anonymous poem, titled "Romance", is by the French poet Jacques-Antoine de Révéroni Saint-Cyr from his novel "Sabina d’Herfeld ou les dangers de l’imagination", Paris 1797. The editor has added stanza 2-5 from Révéroni Saint-Cyr's novel.
