This work is likely not in the public domain in the US (due to first publication with the required notice after 1922, plus renewal or "restoration" under the GATT/TRIPS amendments), nor in the EU and those countries where the copyright term is life+70 years. However, it is public domain in Canada (where IMSLP is hosted) and in other countries (China, Japan, S. Korea) where the copyright term is life+50 years.

Written in Nicolas Obouhow's simplified notation.
If the pieces were composed in 1943, it's impossible that first publication would have been in 1934, which is what the notice reads as in the Durand score. The plate number (13,198) would place publication at 1944, which seems more likely. The work could be public domain in the USA as a result of this error in the notice - if Durand failed to file an NIE by 1998.
