Navigation etc.

This does not seem to be one of the sonatas listed at RISM-online (I expect it is probably in one of the portions of RISM not digitized (yet?)) - those sonatas listed in RISM-online (a few works, several works with multiple sources, i.e. duplicate appearances of the same "works") by Poglietti have instrumentation strings, sometimes 2 trumpets or natural trumpets (clarini), and either written-out organ or basso-continuo, if I am reading right... (there are also works by him there not described as sonatas.) - Schissel (dividing what might be considered one large movement above based on its fermatas...)
